Not from either club but would set the record straight. Yes, Don't need the pink patch BUT both FKK and WFF have seen a huge increase in NLI signings after they received ECNL designation. It is either because better players migrated to play ECNL or because of ECNL itself. You will see a steady rise at OCYS as well going forward. To reiterate, can EASILY get to college without the pink patch but the pink patch does highlight players giving them a better opportunity. That is all. Carry on with your feud.

Not saying that. If you look at CFK college scholarships BEFORE ECNL and then look at them AFTER playing ECNL there is a CLEAR jump in numbers and quality of scholarships with BOTH FKK and WFF. They were ALWAYS good players as were the WFF players. They were just given more opportunity to be seen and recognized. and that is NO joke!

So sir, I ask you…were the players always good and then noticed when they started playing ECNL or were the players not very good the past two years (2012 & 2013)? Its obvious what happened…they got increased exposure and were seen for the good players that they are!

With that reasoning(1year of exposure) ocys should have had a LOT more FEMALE athletes sign----to credit it to 1year of ecnl is a total joke----especially when ,in THAT 1year the girls director (after HM) didnt even know what NLI day was.....total bs on your part

At what point do you have the question the management of the club as just not being able to lead? Good grief. Get some folks in decision making roles that actually have some sense and some leadership abilities.

I started to write a response to this and finally just erased it. It's obvious some people are so mesmerized by the "ECNL effect" that no amount of discussion or evidence will change their minds. The same old tiring arguments are going to be made by the same people.

Then one day they look at their high school senior and realize "gee, I guess all that hype about "exposure" they fed me was just BS." Oh well- it's your money. Good luck.

Don't say it is ECNL. Both clubs had their one year and for FKK you say it's because of ECNL and what is the excuse for this year? They were ECNL and heard crickets.

Many if not most were already being recruited and a some were seen at non ECNL events.

Just shut up. Start winning or you still won't be recognized. NO joke!

I am a reasonable person. Please explain why CFK never had many college scholarships and now they do? I showed you your 2012 & 2013 recruiting classes. Was it that the players on those 2 teams were not very good? Nor were the teams? Where was HMs "connections" for those players? Just curious…please explain it to me? I just think its kind of ironic that CFK had horrible recruiting and now all of a sudden its great. Same goes for WFF. They had nothing in 2012. In 2013, a team that went to the SC finals 4 years in a row had 10 scholarships and most the schools were nothing to speak of. After ECNL, the scholarships for the very next class (2014) at both clubs shot up like a rocket and they were high quality scholarships. The only thing the two clubs have in common is that it was their first year of ECNL for both clubs. I am not here to argue about whether the girls are deserving or whether one can get a good college scholarship without ECNL. I am just saying that ECNL increases awareness of some players and it does help. For you to think that is not true is a bigger joke imo in the face of ALL data across the country to the contrary.
