Can anyone tell me what the purpose is of playing in the d2 bracket when you are a d1 team???? Does winning really mean that much to you coach? Rather play the best competition and lose, then play weak competition and win.... All thistells me is that the coach has no faith in his team!!!! Shame on you coach, go back to coaching rec!!!!!

OCYS will keep ECNL

When will OCYS come clean on ECNL and what is going on? There is obviously an issue, but nothing is being shared with those of us in ECNL if it is being retained.

I won't take your bait, but I'm sure I can close this thread pretty quickly. Let see, I will assume your referring to the team that won the tournament....OCYS White. Being that this club is DA the talent pool would breakout would look like this:

OCYS U15 DA
OCYS U15 Purple
OCYS U15White

Sooooooooo by the looks of it , this would actually be their 3rd team so to play 2nd division is hardly trophy hunting. In actuality, you really just showed everyone on TS how bad your team is and how deep a player pool OCYS has. You must be from FKK (6-0)? White team vs white team? I to would be upset........hahahahaha

Your son is u10. I'm sure it will be a wonderful time for him and all the other 9 year-olds. Junior Boys make up 44% of participating teams overall, with OC teams making up 46% of the Junior Boys (u14 and under). If this was the aim of the tournament organizers it is a great success, and a huge payday for the snowcone vendor.

Regardless the level OCYS has for them (OCYS has 4-5 teams per age group) that team was way overqualified for that bracket. There are players from the old Sharks team on that team. Why would you count DA as their first team? Everyone from every club goes to DA. Purple is their first team. Purple plays FPL. If I was at Rush I could say our top players play DA so this is our 2nd team.
