You're right, because last years dream teams faired so much better than this years teams. You are just looking for any excuse to say how much these young ladies suck and try to back up all the bashing that took place at the beginning of the season. Say whatever you want. Last years rankings are not better than this years rankings, and that is just burning your ass isn't it?

I have done this before, but if you compare this years teams to last years teams to the same point in the season it would tell a better story than looking at where the teams were at the end of the year. Below is comparing last years age groups to this years age groups since they have moved up a year.

I thought your post was BS until I read the part about HM calling you about your daughter then I knew it was. I know that he has not contacted you for at least 6 months, and if he does again it wouldn't be for another 6. You are obviously already part of OC, and have blinders on if you think that FKK has been the aggressor. You may want to ask some other clubs in the area to confirm who the aggressor is.

Attorneys, false charges on local coaches or directors, hire then fire, stole and run, FYSA poaching accusations that were later dropped, threatening Region B leagues of legality charges, Filed a legal arrow at ECNL, going after everyone and anyone in their way and then using politics and media to cover up their actions. An OC coach Strangled a local official and with deep politics was able to keep it out of media attention.

Excellent post. One point is more clear than other is:
1. It is either OCYS currently does not have enough talent but will attract more talent through "FREE" advertisement and/or
2. OCYS depends on the same other local clubs/coaches to develop that talent and skills required for their DA/ECNL, that is because your current coaches do not know how to develop or used up the previously developed talent without adding any value to them. Sounds like many a players will be ditched next year?????

Odd thing is that they followed the guy who apparently orchestrated the deal with CFK and ECNL. He did not get rights to ECNL with the new club, FKK, and still does not have some teams in leagues. Yet he is defended to the end as the Godfather of Central Florida Soccer. That is fine. As I said before, time is on our side. Go ahead and count the money raised from the golf tournament, the bake sale, the garage sale and the car wash. It still will not be enough.

What we truly need is a truce and the soccer community to come together. OC will soon be bringing FCA into the club and discussions are going on with SCU as well. Once HM has decided to leave town for greener pastures (read: another club ready to pay his six figure salary) I think the remaining FKK members will see that the best way to get their kids noticed is to fold back into OCYS. There simply is not enough support nor money to keep that pipe dream alive.

Of course, the one nagging thing bothering all FKK parents is why they are not dominating the tournaments as they were promised by HM. The truth is that when you divide the talent base and expect to win, you are asking for too much too soon. The real solution is to attract the best talent to one central club with a pipeline to the pros. Even if a kid is not capable of making MLS or NWSL, they will get the looks from DA and ECNL to play in college.

Of course you can listen to the spinmeisters at FKK desperately clinging to their current U18 class (which came from OCYS ECNL) and buy into their promise of greatness. Before you sign that $1500+ contract with HM, consider that their younger teams are not playing in leagues but the rare and occasional tournament and a few friendlies. Is that worth $1500 to you? Those free summer workouts aren't seeming like such a good deal now are they?

No friend. You need to look at the real facts:
1. OC has MLS
2. OC has a stadium being built as we speak
3. OC brought USWNT to town this year for the Brazillian match. check the press release.
4. OCYS has DA and ECNL and will keep it
5. OCYS has put their DA on full scholarship. Parents who paid this year are getting rebates.
6. FKK has their DoC on probabtion
7. FKK does not have state ranked teams playing in fall leagues
8. FKK has not dominated tournaments or showcases

So make your own decisions....but stick to the facts.

With the holiday season upon us, a time when many amongst us practice religious devotion, give thanks, celebrate family and friends and think of and provide support to the less fortunate, perhaps we can suspend, or at least tone down, the antagonistic and hostile attitudes being expressed here.

Let us find something joyful and positive to embrace in our lives and the lives of our loved ones. Let us all do something simple, or even extraordinary, for those less fortunate than ourselves.

You seem to forget one major factor. The directors at FKK care. They are caring individuals that focus on our kids. Many of us do not give one care of MLS or women's professional soccer. As soon as my kid moves on so will we. Professional soccer matches are for the nuts you created wearing purple drinking to much and wearing horns on their heads. If my family wanted to watch soccer we can find plenty on HD TV in our air conditioned home. Enjoy your stadium. Will you be getting a key to the stadium and free tickets..
