There's only 4-5 brAckets where OC isn't 50% + of the teams participating.
There's 14 brackets with 4 or fewer teams.
The biggest brackets are boys u9 and u11.
There's two senior girls brackets with 1 team
the two other sr. girls brackets have 2 teams.

99%? Boys side maybe. Problem was on girls side and those problems stayed at FCA thankfully. Lets hope they stay there indefinately so as not to spread the cancer to any surrounding teams

The problems are now at everyone else's club so you should never have another defection. Do you know how stupid you sound?

You OCYS people, not all but many, call us FKK'ers like its derogatory and other names as well but your kid would be the first to say hi and you would more than likely stay and chat for a while.

Your beef isn't with us and vice versa...our beef is with your leadership or lack thereof and their true intentions because it isn't about youth soccer and their actions proved they didn't give a darn about my kid. Pretty simple really.

It is no secret that this club is composed of other clubs past problem parents. Just be thankful there gone. Just think of Fkk as hell. If you ever end up there just note that things have not gone so well for you in the past. That is what others will think anyways.

Now that was funny!!!!!!!!! Very true and it is rather sad at the same time. In the end though these parents get what they deserve. This just makes it easier for a club to spot problems in the future should any of them move again. Now I sure not all are issues but definitely 90% at least. Just avoid the NOIDs. Oh a throwback in time there!

two-thirds of ALL THE TEAMS currently listed are from clubs right in your own backyard!!! What's the point?? if your not playing one of your own OCYS teams your playing FCA which you already compete against in your own league! Do OCYS parents really think is a worthwhile event to shell out $600???

I have voiced my concern about asking parents to pay for this but we all know we have no choice because OC can't afford the bad press it will get for canceling yet another tournament. At least thats what our coach told us. Not fair to the kids, this could be money spent on attend g a worthwhile tournament or additional training.

As for other tournaments some families might welcome the chance to stay local, even some on your team.

No choice? Not true - you do have a choice.

Simple: do something more demonstrable and effective than squawking on Talking Soccer - don't have your kid's team participate or at the very least don't have your kid participate.

Of course, biggest difference being that, compared to squawking on Talking Soccer, non-participation isn't anonymous.
