Did you read what you quoted? If they are breaking any rules they are the very rules that ocys broke the previous year yet they didn't sue. I guess in the end the message is

Orlando City USL pro does not support any other youth club but their own and their objective is to deny every kids right to play for any club but theirs.

Coaches working against their club during the regular season and recruiting is against FYSA rules. Having happened in the past is no excuse. FYSA should be sued for not enforcing their rules. If FKK misled recruits they should be held liable.

My guess is that any lawsuit is not about stopping children from paying soccer. You do have to follow the rules. Even if you are a disgruntled customer/client like CFK/FKK and would like to change the rules, there is due process, not just "that rule doesn't apply to me".

FKK should 1) hold of on ordering their uniform logos 2) find a new name for the FKK initials or 3) just go ahead and order Maitland uniforms. You cannot just use the name, brand, and product that was acquired in a merge. This would throw a wrench in the whole Creeks KK venture, I'd say.

The only way using the Kraze/Krush would be an issue is if it were a registered trademark. Go take a look, it's not!
