If OC thinks getting rid of EQ, HM was a storm wait till news gets out on this. Again I hope this is not true and only a bad rumor.

Threats of bad publicity won't do you any good. ECNL has officially labeled you parents crazy now that threats continue to pour in from you dumba&$. All sponsors who have issues will be sent to ECNL and FYSA for clarification so don't worry your pretty little heads about us. You don't know when to quit on things and sadly its going to cost you everything.

A little word of advice. If you burn bridges eventually you run out of bridges which you are finding out.

Lets see if I have this correct

January 2011 - OCYS Takes over FSA
February 2011 - OCYS announces Greg Brick who is a DOC at CFK at the time is their Technical Director.
March of 2011 - OCYS announces Super Y tryouts and posts the list of coaches which is completely CFK coaches with the exception of a few.
The begin telling everyone that the boys are all leaving CFK and moving to OCYS.

Does this sound in the least bit familiar? Some will say that CFK hasn't tried to work things out but the reality the fact that OCYS did this and were basically attempting to destroy CFK and the CFK still agreed to a merger shows otherwise.

Now that a faction has as you say had enough and has gone out on their own and followed a blueprint which is strikingly similar to the one OCYS followed a year earlier somehow now it's a problem... Get a grip, you have to be a Lib. Go jump on that free cell phone and call your bronze god and ask him how many times he's done this exact same thing.

He needs OCYS to survive because he has no where else to go. As far as ECNL black listing kids for using their right to choose, that is completely ridiculous. Once again, OCYS bares no responsibility in anything leading this team to make this decision right? When did Obama become the president of OCYS.

It would be nice if you could learn something from your mistakes but I don't see that happening. Accountability or humility isn't ever going to be a string suit for you.

You make a good point. Maybe you should practice what you preach. Just stay tuned, lots of changes before the season begins. :)

IF OCYS does indeed initiate legal action against FKK and it could remotely be seen as anti-kids playing soccer, they will not know what hit them when it comes to negative publicity. I for one have quietly made my decision on where I feel the best club for my child is at this time. I have also hoped that MLS will become a reality for Orlando even though I chose to have my child play at another youth club. If that choice is taken away due to the lawsuit-happy folks at OCYS god help you. I can assureI you no amount of spin will fix is. And I personally won't stop until I have exhausted every possible avenue to put a stop to this runaway train called OCYS.

Did you read what you quoted? If they are breaking any rules they are the very rules that ocys broke the previous year yet they didn't sue. I guess in the end the message is

Orlando City USL pro does not support any other youth club but their own and their objective is to deny every kids right to play for any club but theirs.

Call it a threat but its what the persecution will be.

FKK has and will always be full of threats. That is reason enough to be happy to see them go but they give us so many others reasons as well!!

It won't be seen that way by general public. OC has not stopped FCA, Rush, Maitland, ACYS. OC has not shut down SYS next door to them. Plus the general public does not care about soccer, especially youth soccer. If OC is suing, it means they have a case. real lawyers/coorperate business lawyers don't move unless they know they can win. I hope HM has his ducks in a row or the parents that paid just lost that money.

I can sue Obama but it doesn't mean I have a case. They've failed at everything so why would this be any different? Does PR really want to burn that kind of money for nothing? What will they gain? I'm sure fkk has some parents that are attorneys as well and would assist for free and drag this out until OC realizes its not worth the effort.

It is a shame it has come to this but let's make one thing clear this isn't good for OCYS or FKK. Both sides should just stop the bickering. It isn't going to make anything better. The damage has been done. Blame whoever you want.

Nope. Unhappy coaches and players are free to move anywhere they want. I'm pretty certain OC doesn't have a case against any of them so quit pretending they what it's about. The big corp attacking the little guy? Lol. As someone else mentioned its not just OC and OC isn't coming after anyone else.
