What a joke. The technical director is the "king" of kick and chase, long ball with one post up striker. He won an FHSAA title at Bishop Moore playing that style. It is the only style he knows. Laughable that he is going to explain the 4231 shape and style. More purple kool-aid for the MLS crowd. The sooner OCYS gets ride of GB the faster manner of the barriers to true consolidation around ECNL and DA will come down.

He did the same thing with the girls teams he coached.

I don't agree with everything he or the club does, but in terms of the style that he coaches, everyone who watches his team knows they play possession style soccer. I don't know what he taught at Bishop Moore, but that isn't the way he coaches his teams now.

He might be paying lip service to "posession", but he doesn't understand it, and given his preference you'd still see long ball. Maybe he does what he has to do to survive.

Apples-to-apples comparison of coaching and development this past weekend. The "system" imposed on all OCYS teams is ineffective and outdated. AH does not understand the modern game.

Reading all this is just garbage. Fkk parents seem to have hatred towards this club and will try anything to make this clubs image look bad. I do think they are failing hard though as everyone can clearly identify Fkk posters. Just makes Fkk look bad not to mention parents who are out of control it appears. Why not focus on your own club and better yet your child. Maybe turn all this time you spend bashing people and clubs by focusing on your job? That way your son or daughter can have a nice Christmas.
