What a shame this is. No matter how you feel about the potential of a soccer stadium, it isn't right to use "emminent doamin" to take property from one private owner and give it to another.

Emminent domain is NEVER used to take private property from one private owner and give it to another private owner.

Emminent domain has been upheld by courts at various levels throughout the history of the USA.

It's e-m-i-n-e-n-t, not "imminent". A Freudian slip perhaps, because in this case, it is imminent that local government will invoke eminent domain for the soccer stadium.

Frustrated and starving, the troll was frantically posting on this thread as well as others. Now exhausted, the troll has taken respite.

HOWEVER, watch now for the troll to re-surface at any time here and elsewhere:

- posting questions then replying to itself.
- posting incindiary comments in the desperate hope it can engage the unsuspecting in its depraved personal mission to re-ignite flaming between 2 clubs.

I can't believe the Shark parents who have kids on that team can accept the B Level of a tournament after playing in Tournaments such as Annendale.
