BH has been in Orlando for 15 years coaching girls. HM did in 2 years what BH couldn't do in 15. Nuff said.

For all the talk about how CFK isn't ready for ECNL, the 95, 96 and 97s played 5 ECNL teams in a showcase in Dallas. They went 2-3. Scores were :
3-2, 2-4, 0-1, 2-0 and 0-2.
Seems respectable to me. This league is so much more organized and competitive than other options. We are so excited for the change!

CFK just won the u11 girls President's cup for the 3rd straight year. Every team made it through to state cup except one. 1 age group had 2 teams make it through. HM is an A licensed coach who has taken a dysfunctional CFU and gotten ECNL in 2 years. He has coaches at UT, and was a doc at one of the top clubs in the country. EQ has won more state championships than every coach in Orlando combined and he did it in S Texas. AV is a college coach and EW was a college coach and a huge asset. JA has won a PDL National Championship.
Yeah sounds awful.
Takes more than the title to really be a coach.

Ummmm, if you buy me beer, I can be manipulated, and I won't be your kid's coach, but you could call me daddy.

When did he starting coaching the girls teams?
Isn't the DOC supposed to set the performance and training expectations with coaches and teams?
Too many cooks spoils the broth.

I am making there will be record number of kids at try-outs. With merger and new players I'd be surprised if their arent 4 teams at every age group.

Could be a very tough year as CFK gets plowed but some tough competition in ECNL?

Look at every ECNl team in the country and see who coaches the ECNL/Academy teams. I realize you probably have years of GCF soccer watching experience thus making you enormously qualified to talk about this, but I think you will see the majority of ECNL teams are coached by the doc's.
Ditto Mr. fellow GCF watcher! If you do not know what you are talking about then just be silent!
