Might have played the back up goalie. But it is hard to determine just how good this LSA team is since they don't play any quality opponents. It would be fun to see them play other private school teams.

Play up then
Laugh when I hear too bad about MB and Classical. They for years have had the chance to move up with stellar d2 records. They never do, afraid of playing a tough schedule for real. I'm not saying they have no talent, but if you don't have the courage to play the best that we have to offer then you are not a serious contender. A great record in d2 is a far cry from d1. Shea and CF finally did it and it has been generally fine. Quit making excuses and being afraid to play D1.

MB has been pulling kids from inner city and will continue to do well and provide scholarships so it could get interesting in the next few years. . I think you need to be careful what you wish for daddy warbucks.

Shea and Classical loose good players to football and basketball if the soccer program doesn't win..
Classical was in D3 about 4 or 5 years ago ...it says alot about the AD and coaches if you can win 4 state titles in a 5 year span and move up a division.

the bottom 8 in enrollment have an average of 506 males and the top seven have an average of 724 almost 40% more to choose from. Just the data read into what you want.
The private schools can recruit from wherever and get a higher quality player. Even Classical has an admissions policy.

The Journal also doesn't seem to skimp when giving All State Awards to the deserving Classical kids.
