Which one of these clubs are better. Granted there is not a lot of clubs in Rhode Island Which one would be the best fit for a Girl ages U12 to 15.

You should have your daughter attend some practice sessions to see where she fits in and feels the most comfortable. After all this is about your daughter having a good time playing at a high level of soccer.
All the clubs would love to see your daughter play so there shouldn't be any charge for attending a couple of practices.

Bayside seems to be more of a boy's program with very few girl's teams. Blackwatch seems to have a decent U14 team but not much else. Rays have strong teams at U12 through U16. Not sure how strong the coaching is at any of thses programs but I would give the Rays a look based on what I've seen from the club.

If she is a very good player look to Stars or Scorpions in Mass. Rhode Island Premier Soccer is terrible. No coaching and too many Premier teams for little talent. if the player is good they play in Mass.

I think I hit a nerve. This is exactly why RI soccer sucks. You don't want to travel an hour to get real premier coaching and competition.

In most age groups the best team in RI would be the 6th or 7th best team in Mass. If they were lucky. The issue in RI (girls soccer) is there are too many premier clubs. RI is not big enough to have 4 or 5 premier teams. It is hard enough to get the 18 best kids in one age group to be able to compete outside RI. Five or six years ago the Rays had a chance to be the dominant club and the leadership blew it. The Rays are the worst run club in RI. And it's all because of the people running it. They (and they know who they are) should have stepped down a long time ago. It's too late now the talent has figured it out and gone elsewhere.

Who is running the Rays?
It sounds like you have a bone to pick with the Rays organization. I don't think any of the RI Girls clubs are particularly well run. Black watch seems ok, but all the others seem to just muddle along. And I wouldn't put the Rays at the bottom. The Rays are going to sweep the SC this year.

No bone to pick with the Rays, just an observation over the years. The leaders of RI Club Soccer are just out to collect fees. Not teaching the game soccer and really trying to help kids at the next level.
RI Club soccer is fragmented by teams. The Rays have the most teams by default because they have been around the longest. Blackwatch, Bayside and Bruno have a few teams but not in all age groups. The Rays try to promote themselves as the leader but just look at all the coaching changes and the player defections. There is no organization from a club level. Everything is done at the team level. At least Bruno and Bayside have fields to play and practice on. With the Rays it's each team for themselves.

Please spare me that Mass teams are taking your players, you are forcing them to find better options!!!
