PA Classics and SJEB have a great chance of getting into the girls ECNL. The location of each clubs makes sense for the league. Should be interesting to see what happens with the new Sporting Delaware club. Do they join the new MLS league or ECNL?

Move CS and TM over to the boys side, and allow the female coaches to take over the girls side. Showing a commitment to women that have a desire to coach would go a long way to getting back into the ECNL. It is really that simple. It's odd they didn't take that path from the start.
H.E.R (Health and Education Resources) Platform. In an effort to encourage more female players to move into coaching and provide a meaningful experience during the current pause in play, the Elite Clubs National League Girls announced today that they will be offering scholarships for online coaching courses. ECNL players (past and present) and ECNL coaches are eligible to apply for the opportunity to participate in an online course of their choice, designed to improve knowledge of the game and further coaching skills.
The ECNL Online Coaching Education Scholarship Program is part of the ECNL’s mission to be More Than A League, part of the League’s H.E.R (Health and Education Resources) Platform, and an effort to support constant learning, development, and improvement in coaching and in the youth experience.
“We want to help coaches continue to grow and develop as leaders in the game, and in turn encourage female players to further their education and consider coaching in the future,” said ECNL Girls Commissioner Jen Winnagle. “It would be fantastic to see more and more women entering the coaching ranks in youth soccer. Through these scholarships we hope to foster interest among young female players and support young female coaches in continuing to credential themselves.”
The ECNL Online Coaching Education Scholarship Program will provide scholarships for eligible and accepted individuals to take one of US Soccer’s Grassroots Online Courses (4v4, 7v7, 9v9, or 11v11 online courses), or one of the many online courses offered by United Soccer Coaches in their eLearning Platform.

Leagues should have relegation. Or divisions as to ability.
