Curious how many players have left this team in past 2 years? seems to be a whole lot of turnover

No one of any consequence has left in the last 2 years. The vast majority and core players are still on the team.

this is exactly what this team does, pretends to be better/something then they are think they are great because they played weak teams in showcase accept the fact an average team

Frustration tends to grow best due to lack of success or lack of playing time. I guess maybe what you posted could be on the list somewhere near the bottom.

Despite how many people have left (which is few), all Ukies teams have gained players this past season. Look at the 05s (they gained 3 strong players) and the 04s (who gained 3+ strong players). The 2006 age group has also gained a handful of strong players over the past couple of years, so clearly something that the club is doing is working.
