fc Bucks 2006 ECNL Girls

That's a lot more opportunity than any loyal club member was offered. There is something very wrong with this situation (assuming its true).

Definitely like a town team - we have no indoor facilities to practice at, last week one practice and this week doesn’t look good. No wonder the team never develops, we barely train.

All the kids who play on any team should be playing against each other for spots and they should welcome the same from outsiders to come and showcase themselves against the current players. Every year should have been adding 2 or 3 new starters and releasing bottom 2 or three kids. What a difference it would have been.

From what I am reading, there are no real tryouts and parents pick the teams, there is no real competition between the players, the teams don’t train enough, and on and on... This does not sound anything like my kid’s club or the other ECNL clubs in our area. What are they charging you for this?
