Agree my kid has been on this team since the BRD - we have put up with the good, the bad and the ugly. And now in prime recruiting years the kids from the BRD are being pushed aside and getting much less playing time. No loyalty!

It was never about developing a group of girls to play at a college level. It has always been about favors, protecting the click of insiders and getting revenue for a struggling club.
Loyalty is not part of any motive or decision at a "professional" club

KARMA get your kid on a team with a BRD and then complain that there is no “loyalty” you didn’t worry about loyalty when other girls got screwed with the BRD

Yeah but how do kids coming in from outside deserve more loyalty and fair chance than the ones that kept the team together??? Please

That’s the problem, they should not be bringing in these new players from town teams over kids that have literally paid their dues for years.

Exactly but when you have a board member who is afraid of competition for his daughter and helps broker the BRD nothing can be done

That is the FCB business model. Offer current kids spots before then can try out for other ECNL teams or sabotage their tryout at other clubs. Then make promises to get them to pay. Once locked in call your friends at LM and grab another 6 or so paying customers offering them exposure to colleges.
Farm kids out to teams that can't recruit because of these draconian policies, rinse and repeat next year at younger age group when kids no longer need the exposure.
Its not tough to figure out why the 04s had to forfeit 25% of their season.
