Yep delco is pretty stacked top to bottom - actually surprised game was that close but a loss is a loss.

Delco added some good players where bucks hasn’t improved and lost players.

FCB may not have a good RL team but I know the Jersey teams and World Class have RL teams that would beat FCB and FC Delco’s ECNL at most age groups.

RL kids will never have a shot at a club's ECNL team Once on RL always on RL. Thats how it works at most clubs.

Not true. Unlike FCB, other clubs do not let parents run the joint, pick rosters, and they invite and welcome competition and legit tryouts to attract top talent to their top teams. FCBs foolishness only makes it worse as the kids get older and other teams continue to refine their rosters and talent and get stronger each year. Handpicked at 9 is just stupid.

The sad thing is jeff cup is run by an ECNL club so they know full well the level of quality within their own league. Give them credit for putting teams like LM in top bracket where they belong!
Even Real NJ is tops and that’s a daddy coached local township team as well!

What is the real reason FCB pulled out of Jeff Cup.....has anyone checked the college spring season schedules????

Delco presses the ball at every opportunity. They game was mostly in FCB defensive half. I don’t think FCB even had a corner kick.

Look at the paths taken by the 2006 Delco and FC Bucks teams. One team was chosen by parents, no tryouts and is filled with unqualified players the other had tryouts and was chosen based on merit. One team had its own facilities and regularly trains 3x a week and the other team barely trains and relies on zoom tactical meetings. One team brought in a top notch coach and the other has an unqualified dad coach. These two teams couldnt have more dofferent trajectories. one had so much promise and has gotten worse each snd every year while the other continually improves. Looks like FC Bucks will be all alone in the ECNL basement

Let’s sum this all up. Both delco and bucks are really bad and RL is the worst of the worst when it comes to soccer. Anything left to say?

Wow - perfectly stated! Ecnl - year one at the age of U13 bucks wins, year two U14 - the two teams tie - year 3 U15 bucks loses. Two different trajectories for sure. Add to that bucks has had very little roster turnover due to the promises made in the BRD and has 9 of its kids go to the same high school - which is unheard of for an ECNL team. On the other hand Delco has about 1/4 of the team that started at U13 they have continually added quality players to their roster having a broad make up of kids across the region - which is how an ECNL team is supposed to be. They train 3 times a week and have a qualified coach not a daddy pulling the strings. Anyone willing to guess who will have more D1 commits from the two teams?

Only question is if the BRD parents could do it all over again would they? Maybe Tommy or Joey could give us an answer. Karma really does win out in the end. Going to be one long ECNL season for bucks. Couldn’t happen to a nicer bunch of people. Y’all have fun lying in the bed you made!

It’s not the atrocious RL so my guess is everyone is very happy about that.
