This statement is partially true ... lots of people like BB - including me but that doesn’t mean I want him coaching my kid and the team and it also doesn’t make him qualified to coach at the ECNL level. And one more question if BB is qualified to coach an ECNL team then why doesn’t Bucks list him as the assistant coach on the ECNL website?

Very true. BB is a nice guy. But you just don't see ECNL clubs giving daddies, with no real qualifications, the kind of access and coaching responsibility that FC Bucks has given to BB (or should I say, BB as VP of FC Bucks has given to himself). This will be a bid decision for CM - does he want to make FC Bucks into a real ECNL club with real standards, or does he want to keep the status quo, which is a ECNL club that acts like a rec club.

Maybe this parent wants his/her kid to be afforded the opportunity to play in college and ECNL is that route, as you know. Of course they are not held hostage, your post is ignorant. This DAD COACH seems to have positioned himself on this team and holds a ton of power, and he is there solely because of his daughter. So, any parent can see the conflicts here and the parents who are posting have every right to fight for their kid.

Here’s the real test of whether is addicted to posting or not. DM didn’t a crap about what was said about the club because he didn’t care if the FC Bucks brand was good or in the dumpster as long the checks kept coming. I’ll bet CM cares very much who’s been trashing the brand. If Axe is addicted, he’ll keep posting. If he cares at all about his daughter, then he’ll know what he needs to do.

Funny to read this thread from the beginning - the bucks defenders have used the same playbook on the RL team as they did to the bitter scorned women who chose to leave the team last spring. They have also blamed and bullied PSC, Real, Delco, Ukies, PSA, Kent, Trent, and Dave R

I will repeat it really doesn’t matter who is posting and you can try to deflect and blame whomever you want. But the facts about the FC Bucks 2006 Girls team remain the same and you have never been able to dispute any of the facts. You just come up with the same deflections but different victims.

The facts have always been and will always be:

The team was formed in a back room deal in JM’s living room, CF,RF,BB were all present and agreed to take 11 out of 13 of the FC bucks North girls. BB’s daughter and her friend were also included, basically rendering tryouts for that year a sham as team was picked before tryouts occurred,

The team on paper is coached by RF who has his A license and at one time was a great coach, he is completely checked out, provides no feedback, only shows up when he feels like it and has basically ceded control of the team to BB.

BB is basically the coach of this team - he has a daughter on the team and he has no professional coaching experience, and zero qualifications to coach at any level yet alone the ECNL level. BB is a parent who played high school soccer that is it. He has his thumb on the scale for his kid every step of the way. He calls the shots on this team and is also on the executive board of directors of the club serving as the VP of FC Bucks so any complaint about either BB or RF goes nowhere.

BB protects RF because BB wants to coach and he knows no other bucks coach would allow him anywhere near the sidelines.

The team practices with their coach if they are lucky 1 time a week, and there is rarely full participation, due in some part to the constantly changing practice schedule, the practices they do have lack quality.

The head coach RF and the Daddy coach BB have not been in any contact with the team since this whole shutdown began - NOT a Word - demonstrating how little they really care.

The team was in a downward spiral with a record of 1 win, 5 losses and 4 ties in ECNL competition. Losing to and tying teams that they beat last year. Currently standing 12th out of 15 teams in the northeast conference of the ECNL - nowhere near making the playoffs.

The FC Bucks club is one of the worst clubs in the entire ECNL sending only one team to the lowest level of ECNL playoffs last year. The D1 commitments are few and far between and not to any high level programs- due to the lack of training and lack of a college development director.

Team is estimated to lose about half of their girls for many reasons - there will be about 10 spots available on the roster next year for those interested. I am sure BB will be open to another back room deal to save the team.

That really surmises the facts of the team. And nobody will argue this.... you can now go deflect onto whomever the victim du juor is but that won’t change the facts about the FC Bucks 2006 ECNL team.

And just to note there is not an ounce of bullying in this post it is simple facts.

Funny thing is that you will probably get part of your wish. Likely that everyone that wants to stay can. Problem is if they bring in 4 decent kids and get a new coach. Positions are sure to change and at U15, good luck with PT on a decent sized team in league games that they need to win. Lots of kids will not play a lot next year.
