Speaking of trajectory - specifically upward trajectory- Delco played the same two FC Stars teams we played this weekend. and came away with a better result - 1 draw and 1 loss.

You can't judge anything just based on scores. Did same players play vs your team? Was it home (always the advantage) or away?

Delco trains three times a week at beautiful facilities, have added a couple players over the winter and have a professional coach that is fully vested, do not have a parent coaching the team. With hard work and lots of practice along with a committed coach the team will continue to improve.

The FC Stars teams are from Mass. they traveled down here this weekend to play Delco and Bucks teams, so all FC Stars games this weekend were away and both Bucks and Delco games were home. As far as players, I suspect the same players who made the trip down here played both days.

FC Bucks needs to make some simple changes. It's really that easy. Do a national search for a DOC and everything will change for the positive. As for Delco, they are a dead man walking. Delco have massive issues and they cannot fix the problems.

Anyone else find it interesting that with the survey followup they asked for email addresses so they could "answer" any questions? If one person has a question more may have the same question. just send an email out with different areas of questions with the answers.

BB is also the parent coach of a bucks team, another slide showed that BB is also point person to go to if you have a problem with a team, or coach. How can any organization not see the clear conflict this presents? Bucks is a total mess from top to bottom and there is no change on the horizon.

And this is where the vicious cycle is, people will say no one volunteers and the club needs these people to help run the club. People have tried to volunteer and got shut out because they tried to tell the "powers that be" what was going on with this team (and in essence the whole club) and it was not a "good fit"

When people are writing checks for professional coaching that is what they want and expect - no volunteer coaches are needed or wanted. Period.

it’s pretty ironic the club thinks U9 and up needs paid professional coaching but at the same time is perfectly fine with an unqualified dad coach coaching an ecnl team

Last time I checked you guys got beat up pretty good by a dad coach....so if the dad coach is good then it should not matter...right???
