FC Bucks needs to make some simple changes. It's really that easy. Do a national search for a DOC and everything will change for the positive. As for Delco, they are a dead man walking. Delco have massive issues and they cannot fix the problems.

Anyone else find it interesting that with the survey followup they asked for email addresses so they could "answer" any questions? If one person has a question more may have the same question. just send an email out with different areas of questions with the answers.

I was at the town hall - and saw the slide show - they have BB on the leadership team under the executive board as a VP of FC Bucks. BB is also the parent coach of a bucks team, another slide showed that BB is also point person to go to if you have a problem with a team, or coach. How can any organization not see the clear conflict this presents? Bucks is a total mess from top to bottom and there is no change on the horizon.
