RL league is horrible. It the lowest level league in US girls soccer right now.

Soooo.....

The bucks RL team has a paid professional coach who actually provides feedback and is vested in his team - he shows up for practices and games and he does not have or rely on an unqualified parent coach to do the job he is being paid for.

The bucks RL team also practice two times a week with nearly full participation every time.

The bucks RL team players were actually picked by their coach from tryouts based on their ability not picked by the parents in someone’s living room before tryouts even took place.

So remind me again why they suck and the ECNL team that was picked by parents in a meeting before tryouts and is coached by an unqualified dad, that practices once a week with minimal participation - remind me again how they are so great? I’m having a hard time seeing it.

Every single post trashing other clubs, other teams, other leagues are just posts by the super pathetic FC Bucks 06 ECNL parental deflection squad. Rather than look at themselves and see how they have become youth soccer's biggest dumpster fire, they attempt to deflect and trash others - they have been doing this for almost a year now.

Do not take the bait and allow your attention to be take away from these 4 key facts about this team!!!

1. Fake tryouts - team picked at a Back Room Deal (BRD) meeting at parents house.

2. Coached by an unqualified and unlicensed dad coach who is only looking out for his own kids interest, and is only there to prop her up.

3. Checked out coach, who is more than happy to collect a pay check and do as little as possible in return. No feedback. No communication. Routinely misses games and practices and shows up late.

4. Team barely trains - maybe 1x a week and even then, it rarely gets fully participation.

The DOC is a joke too.

By bashing the RL league you are bashing the ECNL RL team for FC Bucks, just like the BRD affects the reputation of the RL team your constant putting down of the RL league affects the RL team. We need to worry about the problems with our own team instead worrying about the RL team and league - we would not be dominating the RL league!!

Don’t come here. Although we have everything you’re looking for, it’s team where most of the parents are actually more appalling and than their clicky kids.

Thanks for the heads up. We’re also looking to make sure the team she is on has a coach who doesn’t care about her and is only there for the money. Best would be if the coach relinquishes all his duties to some random dad who only cares about his daughter. As far as the parents, if there is anywhere where the parents hang out in threes during the games but don’t talk to anyone else for the entire year, that would be great. And on tournament weekends, exclude the sane parents. We want a place for her where she can feel scared to ever speak up, you know, for the countless times the coach lashes out and threatens her.

What does "RL is for suckers" even mean? I dont think anyone on the RL team is under any illusion that their kid is the next Carli Lloyd or is going to be playing D1. I think for the most part, parents are happy their kids are out there, being part of team, being developed, having fun and playing in competitive games.

If you really want to talk about who the "sucker" is, you may want to look at those parents who happily part with $10,000/year for their kids to be coached by an unqualified, unlicensed dad. Or those parents who pay $10,000/year for 2-3 trainings a week and instead only get 1 and are forced to supplement their training by paying even more money for outside training. Or those parents who pay $10,000/year for the so-called "exposure" of ECNL, but havent yet figured out that their club is ECNL in name only when compared to other real ECNL clubs

If my kid ever gets demoted to RL I’m out, heard lots of bad things and this forum only confirms it. Why don’t we get a second ECNL team like PDA that way everyone would be happy???
