Dont deflect and try to placate them ..... their kids didnt earn an NPL spot, they were denied ECNL spots. If the tryouts were legit and placements were fair, most people would not care, but, under these circumstances, adults are holding kids back for their own kids' gain. That is terrible. If your daughter gets passed over for the senior management position that she has yearned for and earned for life by a less experienced and talented male, I wonder if you would then still say, it's ok, there is nothing wrong with being a manager for the rest of your life. You would probably write a mommy letter to the BOD and tell them how naughty their behavior was ... yet, while your kid is gaining something here with a backroom deal, you are ok with it and encourage all of the screwed people to get over it and chill out. You are too much tiger mom. Is your last name Huffman or Loughlin?

Two Questions -

Would you be willing to have your daughter participate in a fair and open tryout with neutral evaluators for next year?

And then play on a team whatever team it is that she makes even if that team isn’t coached by BB and RF?

Everyone on the ECNL team should ask themselves these two questions. And if the answer is yes then demand for that to happen. It is the only path forward for this age group, if they hope to be competitive.

Bucks should advertise they will have fair and open tryouts with new coaches far and wide so as to attract new talent and keep existing talent .

Can anyone answer these questions? I’m guessing your answer is no which is why you’ve replied to every other post but this. Tells a lot.

Yes set all this up. Send in your soccer demands and get it all ready for tryouts. Or are you only vocal when it’s an anonymous website? Balls in your court since you have the issue and are the one complaining. Get to it.

Yep! For one example there were two girls that were put on NPL that should have made ECNL and declined the invitation, went back to their coppa team.

disagree, if the tryouts had been fair then I think both teams would look completely different, a few of the NPL girls were on RF team before the back room deal, the NPL team is a decent team and does ok it would be a good game, as long as RF & BB plays fair and doesn't' pull the guest players because the ECNL team can't field enough players
