BB and RF are co - dependent on each other. The relationship is mutually beneficial. RF needs BB to do all the work and coaching, that way RF can be the coach in name only - but still collect his paycheck. RF does the bare minimum- never giving feedback, only holding practice once a week, doing the same practices every week, and showing up late for games - but he still gets his full salary. BB on the other hand does a ton of work but gets paid nothing monetarily. His compensation comes with the power he has to influence RF and ensure his daughter and her friends get prime playing time and prime positions . As long as BB is on the sidelines his kid will always have the best positions and play time.

BB also knows that RF is the ONLY FC Bucks coach that would allow him to actually be on the sidelines and coaching the team. If BB were a good board member and wanted to do what was right for the good of the team and the club he would have reported RF long ago. But BB needs RF so he can continue to coach, BB is very smart and he knows the minute RF is no longer a coach, BB will also no longer be a coach.

RF and BB are a package deal - So it doesn’t make sense to say that you are happy with BB but not with the teams progress , or the lack of quality and quantity of training - which basically means you are not happy with RF. BB enables RF .

Question for Misty? Why do you feel the need to respond to each and every post? Your responses prove time and time again that you can’t refute a thing that’s being said. It would be far better off for your team if you just stopped replying if you don’t have anything constructive to comment.

A little saying you would be wise to remember:

Many people already think you are a fool for being on a team and paying thousands of dollars for what you are getting. BUT your responses to reasoned and well thought out posts removes all doubt - you are a freakin idiot.
