And if you are hanging your hat on BB’s coaching prowess then advertise the fact he is a coach! And allow him to train and evaluate at tryouts - stop hiding from everyone that he is the actual real coach of the team.

The DA has plenty of rules (no playing HS ball, practicing 4x a week etc) that are not followed so enough about rules and standards just look across the board at other clubs too we are not disimilar.

Let’s be honest how many new people that don’t have friends, car pools or BRD’s are going to want to join this team if the club advertises BB as the coach.
The current “happy people” will stay because they have car pools and their kids have friends, and they are afraid to have their kids tryout anywhere else because there is no BRD at other clubs. But you are deluding yourself if you think this team with the dad coach running the show and an uncommunicative checked out head coach will be getting your Mia’s D1 scholarships, or even developing them into better players. The facts are this team is regressing with a record worse than last year and bucks D1 college commitments are few.
If the parents on the team had any foresight whatsoever they would see this team doesn’t have a bright future with an unlicensed, unqualified parent calling all the shots. Even if they really like the unqualified coach, they should be able to see his presence on the sidelines is not what is best for the team.
So if your kid is in it just for the fun of it all - that’s great but stop deluding yourselves into thinking that the patch alone will get your Mia that coveted D1 scholarship. And stop acting like this is some almighty ECNL team when in all reality it is a rec team with a patch.

What would happen if daddy’s daughter doesn’t make the team next year? I would assume he’d step aside. And maybe this thread will finally die.

So they list the real coach as RF because he has the qualifications, and at tryouts do not let BB on the field or anywhere near the team. Once you are on the team you see that the coach you are actually paying for is BB and all the soccer knowledge he has gained from playing high school soccer.

Its very strange.

BB also knows that RF is the ONLY FC Bucks coach that would allow him to actually be on the sidelines and coaching the team. If BB were a good board member and wanted to do what was right for the good of the team and the club he would have reported RF long ago. But BB needs RF so he can continue to coach, BB is very smart and he knows the minute RF is no longer a coach, BB will also no longer be a coach.
RF and BB are a package deal - So it doesn’t make sense to say that you are happy with BB but not with the teams progress , or the lack of quality and quantity of training - which basically means you are not happy with RF. BB enables RF .
