A lot of truth in this - 2006 FC Bucks ECNL is already at 15 players - it limps along having to borrow players from the RL team to be able to field a team. 2006 FC Bucks ECNL is projected to lose around 4 players, with a pick up of maybe 1 - so now your at 12. Where is the rest of the roster coming from? Its not coming from outside the club since this team's reputation is garbage in local soccer circles. Since RL is a joke too, its top players will likely leave as well. So who is ECNL going to take to make up their numbers? many RL players also know the ECNL team is an even worse situation then their own, and will likely refuse to play ECNL.Originally posted by Unregistered View PostComment

FC Bucks 2006 ECNL - Girls
Wow you are really not giving the RL parents any credit, all of the parents knew what they were getting with this team. A real coach, communication directly from the coach, consistent practice with good attendance and friendship because these girls actually go to school together and play at the middle schools together and play multiple sports together and hang out even when there is no soccer. Can you say that about our team?? The parents don't determine the league, the club does and the RL parents are loyal to the club; because they don't want to travel too far or their girls play multiple sports and them like us utilize carpools. We are the ones that are sad because we knew the situation when we signed up for this year. I read this thread in disgust and I can’t help but blame DM and CF. There is a saying “a fish rots from the head down” DM and CF have been aware of this thread and the issues on this team for a long time. Rather than showing even an ounce of leadership and address the problems on the team they have let this thread and the horrible situations on the team continue. They let a dad who is completely unqualified come in and hijack a team despite the fact that several parents voiced objections about having dad coach. They have continued to allow the head coach to get away with canceling practices, providing no feedback and never having a set practice schedule, the team is in decline and by every measure has not improved in two years, but is rather regressing. And now the RL team has been dragged into the mess which could create a huge problem at the 2006 age group. This thread has around 120,000 views and the team has a horrific reputation in the local soccer world, I truly am worried for my daughters sake about the future of this team. I can’t imagine that anyone who has read this thread or heard about all the problems and issues on this team would have their kid come tryout, and I am sure their will be kids who’s parents have had it and will leave. We should all be concerned about the affect this thread as well as the coaching situation (dad coach, lack quality and quantity of training) is having on the team .
It really isn’t surprising with the lack of leadership at bucks that we are near the bottom of the entire ECNL and the situation on this team is but one example of what happens when there is no leader.
