FC Bucks 2006 ECNL - Girls

It’s a small vocal minority who blindly support dad coach. Most parents are pissed and getting more pissed by the day as the incompetence continues and cancellations and last minute schedule changes continue to add up. We pay for 2-3 practices a week. We are getting 1. We pay for an A licensed coach. We get an unlicensed dad and a sleepy old man. How many parents are paying for additional training outside of the club because they are not getting what they paid for. As the ECNL bills ad up and continue to grow, how many parents will continue to stand for this and continue to fork over money for nothing.

Because all of what you said is a COMPLETE lie, I will gladly pay the bill for this ecnl team. This particular team gets 2-3 practices a week and has great coaches. The fantasy land team you speak of only exists in your troll mind or at another club you are a part of and obviously unhappy with.

My daughter plays for the 06 Ukies team. On behalf of our team and our club, I want to apologize. I want to apologize for the few scumbag classless parents of my daughters teammates who wrongly bully, blame and denigrate bucks families for saying negative things about our team. Haha Bucks parent trying to pull it off as a Ukies parent. Hate to tell you, but the Ukies parents are a class act and wouldn't stoop this low.
Have no idea why the Bucks parents decided to pull Ukies into their forum chat. The only thing I can think is that they are trying to deflect their problems and blame another team in the process. Why? Feeling threatened

I just apologized to the ukie parents for the actions of a handful of classless parents on this team. Just stop it already. We all know our team has some issues the criticism we give is constructive. Stop with the copying and pasting posts to the ukies thread. Your just amplifying the issues we have. Seriously just stop. Your not accomplishing anything other than scaring away top ukies players at all age levels from coming to bucks to play ecnl.

Constructive criticism and serious question.

There was one “practice” this week - a scrimmage.
The majority of the team played half of the scrimmage, which is 35 minutes.
35 minutes of soccer for the week.
The turf was available and open yet practice was cancelled last night.

How is the team supposed to compete with the PDA’s, Stars and world class teams that train at least 2-3 times per week?

This team is very talented and has all the pieces to be very good, but without training they won’t be able to compete.

All very true. But parents need to realize the goal of this team isn’t to develop players and compete. The goal is to line the pockets of RF with $$ while allowing him to do as little work as possible. If your eyes are open you see this week after week. Lucky for RF he has found willing enabler in the form of BB, whose only goals are paving an easy path for his own daughter, and getting her $$ for college. The sooner people realize this the better off this team will be. Otherwise all of the talent on this team is just being wasted.

PDA practices 2x a week. Also scrimmages a lot during practice.

If there are extra practices - they charge more money (Eg fitness or private classes from the coach). A lot of people sign up for the extra training. It’s the ECNL way.
