The bigger problem is kids being out of sports for this long.
Next spring is absolute earliest youth sports are back. But I could see fall 2021 as a more realistic timeframe with how the PA, NJ and NY And CA governors are. They won’t open to non essential for awhile.

Sucks. To have to wait 12-18 months now is too much. Many clubs are folding and will continue without funds for that long.

This is all dead. The structure is going to change. This thread doesn't even need to go on. There will be real coaches, tryouts and practice schedules. BB, at best, will be a team manager. Parents won't be coaching kids. All the reasons that this thread started are over. The DOC got fired. The root cause of all these problems was poor management from the top. New DOC has only been at the club for a few days. Change is coming soon.

I bet you were the thread starter! You accomplished your goal and brought change to bucks - for that I applaud you, however this thread will be around for awhile - as long as it’s needed to keep people and clubs honest. It serves a purpose and therefore will not end.

Guess time will tell but if that’s the case a lot of clubs will be out of business.

Regardless looks like the bucks coaching assignments come out May 1.

What are the odds BB and RF coach the 2006 team?

Wouldn't be surprised if BB doesn't get involved with this team as manager and moves onto his younger daughter's team....then he can start all over screwing up another age group and manipulating a whole new set of parents....

Exactly! People worried about the wrong things on here. There won’t be a tournament, games, scrimmages and practices for the next year to 18 months.

I like the bucks defenders new deflection! At least they aren’t outright bashing other teams and leagues and telling outright lies about how good their coach, daddy coach and club are - because thats all been proven as lies. DM fired, likely RF fired and BB removed - AND FAIR AND OPEN TRYOUTS HAPPENING !

Your kid isn’t making any ecnl teams regardless if they have fair or unfair Tryouts. There is a reason why you are always on the outside looking in

Sadly unless people turn down the invitations which could be automatic for our daughters the team will not improve because there is too much outside influence and no real chemistry on the team. Other teams and clubs have been trying to keep the kids engaged and in some regard it is up to the coach/club....these girls are young athletes and they are used to being told when practice is, what to do, etc. with no contact from coach they are feeling that the coach doesn't care (which we know is correct. As a board member BB should have instituting contact with our team and the rest of the club for the other teams....

My source is from mls and apparently they are going to have a big say in how all of this shakes out. The next shoe to drop will be when MLS takes over NWSL and then it will be more clear why some clubs are in and some are out.

Sounds good. Weird how no one is worried about when the kids will ACTUALLY play the game of soccer. I’m hearing 12-18 Months when vaccine is out. Earliest spring 2021. It’s a different world now.
