Yes but I was worried about the club. No there’s no doubt they will be one of the top clubs in the region again.

Hopefully the players come to FC Bucks over Delco. Right now, Delco seems to have the better infrastructure in terms of staff and facilities. Maybe the CM hire will change that a bit. But CM still needs to fix things like setting standards and getting rid of BB

FC Delco will have a very difficult time going forward as a club. They won't be able to pay staff or the Proving Grounds. The DA folding is a huge issue for them.

I reached out to the club. Apparently no one has heard from RF. He is not responding to calls, emails and texts. They are not sure what to make of it. My own personal opinion is that he has our money and feels he no longer has to do any work.

Nope - looks like we will find out May 1 the coaching assignments and tryout schedule, according to the DOC email. Hope all the little Mia’s are ready for REAL tryouts this time.

Tryouts will be moved most likely next spring/summer 2021. No soccer in 2020. Soccer and all youth sports will be offline until a vaccine which is 12-18 months.

For whatever it is worth, not only is every other ECNL team and local EDP team doing some form of player engagement and virtual training, but many FC Bucks teams are now doing it as well. As for this FC Bucks 2006 Girls ENCL team - NOTHING. ZERO. ZILCH. NOT EVEN A HINT OF COMMUNICATION. Not from RF. Not from daddy coach BB.

Is it really possible the whole soccer world, including other FC Bucks teams are wrong, and RF is right?

Or is RF just a deadbeat, checked out coach, who is happy to take out money and do nothing in return.

Unfortunately I think this is accurate. Most tryouts will be when state’s governor allows a return. That won’t be for a long time for non essential things like sports.

Not too worried about that. Don’t really care if they are coaching or not coaching.

The bigger problem is kids being out of sports for this long.
Next spring is absolute earliest youth sports are back. But I could see fall 2021 as a more realistic timeframe with how the PA, NJ and NY And CA governors are. They won’t open to non essential for awhile.

This is all dead. The structure is going to change. This thread doesn't even need to go on. There will be real coaches, tryouts and practice schedules. BB, at best, will be a team manager. Parents won't be coaching kids. All the reasons that this thread started are over. The DOC got fired. The root cause of all these problems was poor management from the top. New DOC has only been at the club for a few days. Change is coming soon.
