The writing is on the wall you just have to see it. And this could all be prevented if some changes are made.
BUT not all people require those changes to be happy. I understand you do, and that’s fine so you may need to find a club where you are happy.
If my kid ever isn’t happy we will move on to another club.

The past two years our teams are not even making the playoffs and barely making it to the end of the season in terms of numbers. Kids don’t go to practice and also stop traveling for away games. These are facts!! It’s a club wide problem. It’s a big deal.
If this club doesn’t jive with you and your standards then go to a club that does, come spring.
This thread should not have taken 3000 posts to come to this obvious idea.

Wouldn’t you rather fix the problems now than have your kid looking for a new team at the U16 age? The 2006 team has a lot of potential and it’s not to late for them to become a very good team - but it’s not going to happen if changes aren’t made . And then you will be regretting your decision to be happy with the status quo.

So if I’m ever not happy I’ll move on. Simple really (and less drama too!).

But you can honestly say you/your Mia are happy with the quality, and quantity of the training she receives? And can you honestly say you/mia are happy with the lack of feedback and development plans. And lastly are you/mia happy with the low attendance numbers at practice. Simple questions. Honest answers.

I personally know a lot of the parents and they are happy also.
But I know a lot of people don’t share your negative outlook and opinions of this team. I’m being very honest with you.
This thread shows a lot of negativity, yes. But the reason is the majority that are happy don’t bother reading this site so you won’t hear the positive stuff.

And time will tell how happy everyone else is. I am thinking from the number of views this thread has - more people read then you think.
Good luck!
