Serious question. Has this issue and the clear dissatisfaction that many of you have been brought up to the DOC of the club? If you’re not getting what you paid for, stand up and voice your concern to the people who can make it right.

1. There are 15 teams in our Northeast ECNL conference.
2. 7 of those 15 teams are ranked ahead of us on youth soccer
3. We are right in the middle
4. Looking at our recent record against the bottom 7 in our conference, we tied the bottom 4 teams (Delco, PDA White, Maryland and Bethesda) and lost to FSA and Scorpions. We did beat Connecticut FC though!!

I’m assuming you are new to thread, so I’ll explain. People would love to go to the DOC, but the Dad coach - BB is on the board of bucks with both the DOC (DM) and the girls DOC (CF), and is also friends with them. They are all card carrying members of the good ole boys club so to speak.
There is zero chance any complaint would be handled confidentially.
Last year when several parents complained about BB their kids were threatened and called out in front of the entire team that they would be cut if their crazy parents didn’t stop complaining. The parents that complained were questioning the presence of the dad coach since no one was told he was a coach.
There is no confidential pathway to have your complaint heard. It’s a bad situation that poor leadership by the club allowed to happen. And it is just one example of how poor leadership is sinking FC Bucks.
Hence the reason this board has festered for so long.

Oh and your lie about him now not coaching practice when the coach can’t make it because of this board? Yeah he never coached practice before this board. Sorry but you lie.

If your buddy BB, is the “assistant coach”, and coaches our games, but is not even be permitted to run a practice ALONE, then there is your proof that he is a sham. He is NOT a qualified ECNL coach, the club knows it, and thanks to this board, “the cat is outta the bag.”

People did complain and their kids suffered as a result.
DM continues to allow an unlicensed, unqualified dad to coach an ECNL team. Even though this dad is not wanted by quite a few, and even though NO OTHER BUCKS team has a dad coach on the sidelines.

Most people believe the minute you are writing checks for professional coaching that there should not be any non professional dad coaches on the sidelines.

Additionally the team is not exactly flourishing with BB calling all the shots. And giving his daughter a prime position and playing time. Nor will it attract any quality talent in the future with its dad coach.

FC Bucks 2006 ECNL - Girls

I am not affiliated with either of these teams (bucks ecnl or npl) but after reading this today it got me thinking about which team is better:

I looked at a good ranking site (not GotSoccer - that's junk) to compare the 2 teams:

State ranking:
Bucks ECNL is ranked #1 in PA East (and #1 in all of PA also)
Bucks NPL (Ecnl-R) is ranked #22 in PA East

National Ranking:
Bucks ECNL is ranked #96 nationally (very good)
Bucks NPL (Ecnl-R) is ranked #843 nationally (not good at all)

That is the unbiased numbers.

So no contest here.

Not sure how legitimate this website is for the soccer rankings when you actually go into the team listings, they have an FC Bucks 2005 who is not ECNL or ECNL- RL ranked with the 2006 teams, so wonder who is "policing" this website to make sure the information is accurate??

How about we play a little game called "Who is really the spineless coward" - an anonymous email can be sent out to the entire team. The email will include a letter to the DOC demanding that fair and open tryouts take place with neutral evaluators who are unfamiliar with the players and completely unaffiliated with the club, RF and BB. The letter will also demand that BB step down as assistant coach and manager effective immediately so that the team can continue with 100% professional licensed coaching and free of influence of any one parent.

JM will be responsible for printing the letter and signing it first since he was the principal organizer of the original BRD. Then it will go to BB and any other parent that was at the JM/NM residence for the BRD. Then it will go to the remainder of the parents on the team to sign.

At the end of this process we will have a pretty damn good idea who is and who is not the spineless cowards of the group.

I wonder if the BRD group knew that BB was going to be their littles Mia’s coach? My guess is no because who would ever make a deal that involved trusting their fledgling little soccer superstars to a dad that played a little high school soccer. Another way to do this is in a completely anonymous fashion (of course then we wouldnt know who the spineless ones are). There is a anonymous voting website:

It allows for completely anonymous voting. Who created the vote is anonymous, as is who voted and how each person voted. The only thing that is not anonymous - is that each person can see a list of people to whom the vote was sent to (but not their response). The final vote tally is viewable but not traceable to the individual voters. You can also create what the program calls "observers" people who will be sent the anonymous information, but cannot vote.

I sent this to Dan Manella suggesting he ought to take an anonymous vote of this teams parents on two issues:

1. Should Brian Brossman immediately step down as manager and assistant coach.

2. Are parents satisfied with Rich Finneyfrock as coach of this team

So lets see if Dan Manella steps up and addresses this. If not, it can always be done very easily by one of us – Dan Manella could be listed as an observer. All you need is an email address for each parent, which is easily obtained from TeamSnap. Of course Brian should not be given a vote on either topic for obvious reasons.
