It’s really very simple. What BB does is so far out of the norm that even if there was only one paying customer (parent) who objects then he should respect that and step aside. If he had any class whatsoever at the beginning of the season he would have told parents what his exact role would be, what his qualifications are, and disclosed the conflict of interest with his daughter being in the team and what he would be doing to and what steps he would take to ensure that the conflict doesn’t present a problem. Again, if he had any class, He would of then said that if anyone objects, that he won’t do it, since it is just a volunteer position and not the norm at the club and on ecnl teams. Of course nothing like that ever happened. If anything, the opposite happens and he purposely didn’t disclose the true nature of his role and misrepresented what he would be doing for the team. It is just wrong that this guy’s need to volunteer and swerve in such a highly unusual role should trump any paying customer’s concerns about him.

Can you please list the positive aspects of having a non professional parent coach? Maybe I am missing something and need to hear a different point of view. You seem to really love having BB as a coach so I would love to hear a response, because for the life of me I can’t come up with how a non professional parent coach is an asset to any team. Maybe you can persuade others as well. Thanks.

yes Harvey Weinstein should have asked all his victims the same thing. If any of them object?the question should never be brought up. It's supposed to be a high-level competitive soccer. There is no room for garbage like this. everyone knows this especially the clubs that are trying to make a profit. FC bucks of Shirley making money but if they keep playing at this level you would hope that ecnl tosses them aside (Like Alby).

That’s a little harsh - but the truth is BB orchestrated the whole back room deal - with the clubs blessing - all to ensure that his kid and her best friend would be on what he perceived to be a great team. He then hijacked the team from RF - again all to ensure that his kid gets prime playing time and positions. And he now holds all the power. He didn’t and hasn’t realized his scheming will backfire and result in people not wanting to come to the team. And now his dream of having the best team for his kid is unraveling. We never realized when we took the deal what that meant. Hindsight as they say is 20/20 and karma is a b****! And we only have ourselves to blame. We should have had faith in our kids ability to make a team on their own.
