Must of been another poor showing since scruffy is not on here bragging. What happen scruff your son's team couldn't keep up with the Red Bulls 11 and 12 year olds?

I was at Baymans this weekend with my son's team. The game before ours was a SUSA V Barca girls match. I have to tell you, I give props to the girls Barca team. If you saw them ( relatively small team in both quantity and height). They controlled the ball, played out of the back, passed around and made the "faster" SUSA team just run and run chasing the ball. I was impressed seeing them play. They were in the attacking half at least 80% of the time I watched the game

I think the mic drop is those SUSA parents spent $1000 more on training, 6-7 subs on the bench with limited playing time, and a couple of 1st squad team members taking playing time from the "3"rd squad.... That and a girl coach screaming all game at them.....
I am the parents are glad now they are spending all that money...

Not true. I learned from a friend of mine of the original tryouts 2 + years ago. He learned of it from the official FC Barca fan website. That was all the advertising that was done.

Odd that he made this claim after NYCSL stopped advertising.

They aggressively pushed kids that did tryout to give contact information on any other players that they knew about and then solicited them directly.
