These ECNL clubs carrying 22+ are mad.

Originally posted by Unregistered View PostExactly, look at SK at WCFC, the best training she gets is when she trains with the NYCFC teams, that is according to her mother.
Don’t bring her mother into this. She is a very nice woman who tells everyone her daughter loves training with everyone

Originally posted by Unregistered View PostCome on, everyone knows she trains whenever and where ever she can play. When her ECNL team is not training, she trains with the NYCFC team. She loves soccer. She doesn’t talk badly of either team and loves training with both groups. She chose to stay with her ECNL team for a reason. She makes everyone else around her work harder and both her ECNL teammates and the girls at NYCFC know that.

The clubs will never fully be on board with the goals of the USSF because it will interfere with their bottom line. If profits were affected by not complying with the rules, then the clubs would try harder but they also may choose not to participate in the league. There are too many conflicting goals for this to ever really work. Both the USSF and the clubs hold responsibility for why this league is not doing as well as it could be.

I don't care what league you play for; what most if not all of you need to admit, is YOUR KID doesn't work hard enough. Instead of saying what this league or that league does or what this club and that club does to develop your child...most of your kids are winded slow, lazy and have no foot skills. Pay more attention to their work ethic.

Everything that has transpired was predicted the minute the started announcing how many clubs would be involved and what clubs were involved. I actually think some are surprised at how quickly it has gone sour, myself included.

None of this is a problem other than it relies on a bunch of lies and half truths in order for Clubs to continue to charge what they do. It also takes customers who seem willing to overpay for years just to satisfy egos.
soccer is a white middle class sport in America because that is where the money is. I cant think of another country in the world where that is the case
