Problem with Youth soccer too many teams, talent all over, mixed in with different levels. if there was a few teams allocated to a top league where all the top talent needed to go, would go along way in developing kids, and for NJ as a soccer state when they play other states.

So let’s make a 2011 fantasy team then. That would be an interesting thread but I only know of the North blue 2011 league including Union and CAS that went 9v9. Cedars stars Monmouth has a couple good ones as well and Maybe some others that I haven’t seen in action.

please respect youth players/10 year old CHILDREN and DO NOT drop to the low level of naming ANY players on this thread. The thread would most likely be reported and hence deleted by the admin team. Ranking teams for fun is one thing-naming individual players is next level poor judgement.

Union went 9v9 to avoid competition so please don't include them on this topic. Bergen is on a completely different level.

Instead of naming kids names (horrible idea), which specific coaches do people think are the best for helping players of this age?

What happened to the better RCD team? Did they drop out of their flight?

As earlier stated, the JFF team has decided to include all NJ based 2011 boys teams for the Spring 2021 rankings. We fully understand playing at 9v9 and fielding multiple teams.

RCD Espanyol Elite has been moved from North Orange to North Gray.

FC Euro (NYE) is no longer in the Gray group.

Liverpool had 6 players on their bench yesterday that is crazy for 7v7. After watching them a couple times there top 8 or 9 players can play with anyone. There starters gave football academy all they could handle the first 15 minutes till they started putting the subs in.

So you want to name coaches ? Your idea is as dumb as naming players...Although, the idea of having the best kids from each team and play together is exciting. No need to name the players but if your kid has been playing On a high level, you should have a concept of which kids stand out. Just think about what Union stars did to the football academy. Those kids were hand picked from other states. No need to over analyze anything if we only praise their talent. Again, no naming anyone so you can all relax :)

Also, you want to help your kid? Get on YouTube, learn some stuff and take your kid to the park and apply it.

LOL this has to be a parent. "starters gave them all the can handle for 15 minutes"; the final was 7-0. So then if the starters gave them all they could handle for only 10 minutes, would the final have been 10-0? The "subs" wear the same shirt and the "starters" and they all collected the same medals at tournaments.

3 subs is almost too many. 6 is insane. You want max playing time for development, you aren't getting max playing time with 2 full teams.
