I heard a lot about Vistula over the years - pretty good club with good teams from what I’ve seen and heard.

This is a good first cut - some small thoughts:

I think the 2 Red Bull teams should be a lot closer together - I think they're basically a split-squad team.

Isn't the PDA team from the better branch better than the Hibernian team? Just curious.

I would put Europa ahead of AS Junior and Kearny and a lot closer to the Ironbound/Torpedoes area.

I heard Arsenal lost their better players so I don't think I'd put them in the same league as a lot of these other teams.

A) We will watch that - as the Fall season progresses. EDP has one RB team in North Blue and the other in Central Blue. We weigh North Blue as stronger top to bottom than Central Blue at this time.

B) We will watch Europa, but AS Junior get a slight edge this week. Kearny Dynamo moved up from not ranked pre-season to 19.

C) PDA Hibernians won the Alliance League last year going 8-0. They beat a very good Monroe YS team. PDA Puyol is the "main" PDA branch. They lost 5-2 to the #1 CSA Bergen. They are a top ten team despite the loss to the #1 team. PDA Hibernian Howard (1-0) 7 vs PDA Puyol (0-1) 8 ranking is really a push this week.

D) Arsenal dropped 2 spots to 25 as of Monday night's results. Let's see is they can stay top 25 or drop out as more teams come into play.

Finding results

How are you finding the results? I can't seem to find it anywhere and would like to gauge the team we play next (Europa Lions)..

Just look at their gotsoccer page and you can see their game history that will tell you about their previous performances. Nothing will be posted for 2011s this year so the scores you are hearing about are parents that were at the games or heard from.other parents or coaches.

I will say this, my son uses his standings to motivate, without EDP providing this info I personally think they are removing a big component of "competitive soccer"
