Speaking of MF Soccer Mom—she hasn’t been around. Perhaps she is reading the fine print this year.

Those same kids/parents who were told they were early offered ECNL last year but never played ECNL (relegated immediately to NPL on day one of the season), were early offered ECNL AGAIN! And us parents took it, once again, under the threat of payment deadlines and the “hope” of playing ECNL one day. Instructed though by administration to read the fine print.
Those same poor early offer players will be the core of the Montclair United 3rd team for 2005 and bench/practice players for 2006 or relegated to ECNL Regional League team while DB and JR look far and wide for “true” ECNL players to staff up to maximum roster size of 30. But will still roster only 15 for games.
2006 is a mess, 2005 is a disaster. Write your checks! Deadline for full payment is here, future is bright!

There is no way anyone could potentially think things would get better when you watch the same thing even happening at the younger ages. Look at the 08’s—majority of this year’s A team has been relegated to B as they brought in new talent to fill the A spots. Kids don’t have a chance to move up. Your kids are not being developed, checks being cashed in order to ensure construction continues at Florham Park for the next set of parents to see the amazing progress being made.

PDA was the worst offender of GDA - 2 practices a week (3rd if you paid extra). And same old bloated rosters. No wonder their teams always fail miserably on the national stage. Same players showcasing themselves for colleges.
Anyway, Match Fit can get away with anything because of FOMO parents. Copying the worst pay-to-play practices from PDA.
