Even with the ECNL girls on 2 different state cup rosters (2006 & 2005), they lost 6-0 yesterday and 1-0 last month respectively to town travel teams.
Matchfit only team that rosters NPL with ECNL girls this way. Of 15 on an NPL game day roster, they have been known to roster as many as 6 ECNL girls. State cup it goes even higher. Girls who don’t ever play together are expected to play well and trust each other to win a game.
That obviously didn’t happen for the poor 2006 team who lost 6-0 yesterday in the State Cup semifinals to a town team. What a disgrace!
MFA taking 30 players to the Gothia Cup this summer in Sweden. What % did DB pocket from that extravaganza?

Got Soccer:
Real Jersey 2006 #3 team in USA, #1 in New Jersey. Record is 47-2!
All the ECNL “talent” in MFA would not have saved them from that team yesterday. Lucky to get out of there 6-0. Probably a mercy rule in effect. Real Jersey probably passed the ball around for 30 minutes.
DB personally coaching MFA 2006. Future is bright indeed!

ECNL: 26 on roster (as of ECNL website)
NPL: 22 on roster (as of NPL website)
Only 15 rostered in a game.
A 200- ECNL player comes once a week from upstate NY. Practices once per week only, maybe. Plays full games. Other players not rostered for weekend games if they miss one practice a week. Threatened with this at preseason parent meeting.
A 200- ECNL player with concussion, this spring season, rostered the next week without going thru concussion protocol.
200- NPL: Always a mix of players from each team as evidenced by who or who does not have an ECNL patch on for that given day. Players given opportunity to play “down” never “up”.
Next year 2019/2020 rebranded NPL team being told they will be ECNL, not ECNL Regional League. ECNL website says otherwise. Bait and switch at tryouts and before to existing players/parents.
2018 6 Players were early offered ECNL roster spots after tryouts but then never played in an ECNL game. Mandatory deposits. Bait and switch. These players played all season on NPL. Told it was “good” for them. Told “should have read fine print” of offer letter that nothing is guaranteed in the offer.
There will be a 3rd team next year. It is Montclair United but outsiders told it is Matchfit to get them into the club. Girls cut from NPL offered Montclair United spots.
Only 5 outside players showed up to 200- tryouts. Large numbers at tryouts were ECNL, NPL, & Montclair United who were told it was mandatory to show up. Then social media reported the great “turnout”.
Howell United and NJ Elite now feeders into Matchfit to help them grow their rosters to the maximum allowed by ECNL which is 30.
Fees are now $3,300. PDA is $3,000.
New facility being built in Florham Park will not be ready for next winter season. A recruiting tool on social media this year to drive players to Matchfit. Players will still winter train in a warehouse.
Dom Bucci, DOC for girls, made $125k last year. Tax exempt records public. Surfs social media during practice (scrimmage).

Where are the answers to the following that were addressed by DB at a recent parents meeting:
1: Permanent lights to replace the dirty, filthy temporary gasoline powered lights.
2: Filming of ALL games using HUDL technology. Not happening at all...
3: What’s up with the DUKTIG notebooks everyone had to buy but never used? How much kickback did DB get as an ambassador of DUKTIG?
Hmmm. Gets better. Ready all to pay the final deposit???

The owners better clean house before the club is taken down. More then a few parents talking about taking legal action .

Did you read the fine print?
