People… stop biting on this click bait! These are nothing but angry, jealous parents getting their thrills out of your reactions on an anonymous board. These are things they’d never say in person because it would make them look like ignorant fools.

Anyone who knows the game would tell you they are among the best in the country and like any other team, has a few things to work on. Nothing has changed.

Picture it… A grown adult pressing refresh on an anonymous message board during the holiday weekend to see who they were able to piss off today. Either board or angry because their kid didn’t make the team. It’s the definition of pathetic… let them talk. It gives them short term relief to their depression and insecurities.

What makes you believe they are among the best in the country. They didn’t even win their division. lol

Facts! Sounds like implosion going on. Make sure your sign up for "mandatory" summer select to get your 2 t-shirts, 2 tournaments, and 6 practices ( which 2 of them will be canceled due to rain) for $500.

Regardless of how you view the teams performance in regular season or Seattle. One thing stands out. Top minute players on forward and defense are leaving. Top goalie on white leaving. Something is off here. When top kids leave town teams it's all about finding higher competetion. Can't use that narrative here.

I am not angry or jealous, but you are right that I like getting the parents upset. It is fun. I wouldn’t say it in person as it’s not personal. I’d never be a trashy poster talking about individual players, but clubs deserve the ridicule if they are reading TS.

Take a stand, the kid will learn the lesson, you’ll win more in long run and then you’ll be more valued by the organization. Again, sounds like you need to grow a set bro.
Hopefully you are self employed as this isn’t how things work. I have a job. The people who pay my salary get to have influence whether you like it or not. That’s how the world works. I’d love to be able to do everything the way I see fit, but the wife and baby dictate other decisions.

How about basing everything on merit and ability? You are the problem and why the pay to play model will never work. You think your wallet trumps all.

One player left, a very good center back who is too small to play the position long term. Understandable. Finding higher competition absolutely can be used in this argument because there is no higher competition unless she plays up an age group or plays on a boys team. Either options are possible for her to go find guaranteed minutes as a center mid. That’s what her parents want.

What top forward by minutes is leaving? Nothing has been announced.

I would love to be able to afford to be a volunteer coach, run my own club but I am not a wealthy person and honestly don’t know much beyond soccer. I love soccer and coach the way I want but playing time is a whole different matter. DOC has a lot more control over playing time. I get parents want playing time in games but development happens mostly in training.

This team will be decimated. The two kids leaving were top 2 players on the team by quite a bit.

Bon Jovi makes it very clear there are pre-determined positions on this team starting as young as 8 years old which is causing the problems now. This was a ticking time bomb when he took over and now its showing.
