They’ll target very weak tournaments at these early ages in order to dominate in hopes to recruit better players through early success. After U11 they are more than likely loaded with athletes but under developed soccer players. Obviously this varies from year to year but this is the template for the majority.
Matt is better suited in a program like Futboltech which is (at the current time) designed to develop talent and to set them
on a path for success elsewhere by u11-u12. He is a true developing coach.
