Coaches can’t take kids. Customers/Parents decide to leave and go to where they think their kids will develop and be the happiest. The fact that clubs think this way says it all about most of these out in the open money driven clubs

Post 9 100% correct. They care about printing money. Parents are free to select any club for their kid. Zero way non compete law stands up. Just show the paying customer reaching out on their own volition.
