Ha! So which is it C team was at EDP tourney or C team played Deptford during league play?
CSA has inflated the parent’s heads with the belief that this B team is super special and they are laughing their way to the bank. Good team, of course. What they are selling, absolutely not.
Didn’t someone say they plan to roster 17 next year for the B team? Make it make sense.

there is no B and C team this year, as people have previously stated. 23 mixed pool. neither team was a B team, or a C team vs deptford in leage play or in edp tournament. some kids played deptford, some played other games.

23 kid player pool. never same roster. not a lot of cohesion.. no separate b & c teams.

not me saying that.. there is no b and c team. cant be more clear. if parents get left off the roster, maybe its the c team to them to justify it. in the fall it was a single b team. then players were added and extra games got added. no split of roster. they all play and train together. 1 group. just large...

Your club is the club obsessed with rankings and appearances, hence coming on here blaming losses on what is constantly referred to as C team players. Just too much smoke and mirrors coming out of CSA for everyone to ignore.

That’s the ideological thing to say and I agree. However, since clubs have turned youth sports into a business and coaches are now paid (either as a full time job or side gig) rankings matter and to have you child “develop at a rapid pace” they need to be at one of the factories.

Why is it sad? Assuming that’s the accurate number, does the accuracy make it sad or does sharing the information make it sad? Or both?

If it’s the accuracy, well then kudos for someone posting accurate information for once. If it’s the sharing, then that is confusing since we are all here to read and share information. If it’s both it seems like you don’t want the accurate information to be shared since it doesn’t suit your narrative. Or maybe you happen to have a player who is one of the seven who were not at the 3-2 loss and was at the 5-1 loss.

No matter which way, it is evident that the CSA Pre-1 and CSA Pre-2 have so much overlap that the team should be rated as a single unit that plays EDP-1 and EDP-2.

It’s sad and weird because you are grown men, with far too much time on your hands to pay this close of attention.
