chat… couple things I wanna say..
For the CSA Monmouth vs MFA Morris topic..
Anything happens between CSA Monmouth and MFA Morris match ups.. 1-1 Draw the first time they played, 3-0 win for CSA Monmouth the second time they played, 3-1 win for MFA Morris the third and recent time they played. Both of these teams are equally as good as each other and both have gotten new players. And they are the only 2 2013 teams that could beat majority of the 2012 teams except for the top 8-10.
For the EDP League topic..
A couple teams have gained or lost players in Prem 1 Red and Prem 2 Blue. CSA B, MFA Mercer, PDA South, Torpedoes, etc.
So it’s going to be hard to determine who beats who.
I don’t see the point of 2 Prem 1 divisions when EDP could’ve made a mega Prem 2 South division.. Boca, CRUSA, CSA Monmouth B, Deptford, East Greenwich, MFA Mercer, NJ Surf, Old Bridge, PDA South, Philadelphia SC, and Real B. That would’ve been crazy competition right there.
For the Jefferson Cup brackets topic..
How is Real B (Prem 2 South) team playing a higher bracket than East Greenwich (Prem 1 South team) in the Jefferson Cup? Do the owners check the brackets well enough? https://system.gotsport.com/org_even...&commit=Search

I think they are very equal, but I think MFA has the edge for now. They have the two best players in the state. The rumored pickups also seem to be higher quality for MFA.
Regarding EDP brackets I totally agree, just thankful they got halfway there by making a super bracket in 1 blue. 1 red should not exist in its form.
Jefferson Cup does do a decent job of doing their homework, but historically give the nod to a larger club for a multitude of reasons, but mostly they bring multiple teams sometimes for multiple brackets and make the younger brackets possible. It’s a relationship builder for them since they want their GA and ECNL clubs who will be around at u13 and u17 and so on to come back. They don’t care much about relationship building with a team like EGSA.
With so many teams down there I can see NJ teams winning most of the brackets.

CSA monmouth vs. MFA, I disagree, 3x’s these 2 teams played. 1st time 1-1, 3-0 CSA. Scrimmage, who counts a scrimmage. If I remember from previous blogs on here, CSA lost to both Real and SJEB a couple times in scrimmages but in real games they beat them every time. For some reason when the game counts neither of these teams have beaten this team. I say the same for MF Morris, have they beaten CSA when it counts yet? Who has beaten this team when it actually counts? You look at their gotsport and I don’t see anything. SUSA was their actual last loss. Am I missing something? How do we compare teams based on a scrimmage? I think we need to wait and see how these teams match up in their spring season, then we can come on here and talk smack about these 10 year olds.

Dont be jealous. Tons of other phenomenal players, but when 2 players have the impact “THOSE TWO” have - it is hard to deny. Best striker and defender in the state.

They are not the best two in the state and the striker was with Crush when she used to dominate. I remember her when she was younger playing for Kearny also. I don’t want to speak poorly about little girls but they will struggle as they get older.. one of them in particular. There are better players than both of them on weaker teams. The two of them only get recognition because Dan posts about them and they are winning right now. Dan knows there are better players which is why he is constantly contacting all of us.
