The team will not fold. He has the B team of 19 boys. 12 kids are leaving the A team of 19 boys. They are not all following Tal or going to Blaze. If that many kids leave it’s because they are not happy. Some kids are not going to continue to play, a few are going to Blaze not all the freehold boys, a few are going to other academies. The coach/ trainer writing the original post was just what a few of us needed to make our decision to leave.

But I wrote the original post. And I’m not a coach or a trainer. I’m a parent, leaving, because everyone else is, so there’s nothing left for us here. 6 Freehold boys going to Blaze. So we shall see what becomes only MU.

why would you call the boys including yours leaving “nomadic”? The first post was definitely a pissed of trainer/coach who will lose money. That is all youth soccer is a money grab.

The boys leaving, not all 12 but 6 of them are nomadic. They follow this guy year after year. My son is leaving but has been there and is not part of Fickle Freehold. Don’t tell me who wrote the post- cause I did.

Is this why your wife was asking me about the team so you can come on talking soccer and post it?

I don’t have a wife. I’m a female. You are clueless and it’s actually quite comical.

What it comes down to, a lot of kids are leaving. Everyone leaving is unhappy with the team, hence why they are leaving. The team is in no way a “Premier Team” far from it. Always in the wrong flight. If you are winning 8 - 2, that isn’t a challenge or a fair game, Whoever stays, good luck! It didn’t workout for a lot of families. The cost of MU + all of Anthony’s hidden cost are not worth it for many. Stop criticizing the Freehold families and coach, that makes it sound like the trainer/coach is who wrote the first post. Why else would it matter to a parent. All the parents are great, and got along. there have never been issues. You have the coach/trainers favorites that will follow him and believe everything he says, i guess that works for them. Just stop bad mouthing the boys, they all just want to play, enjoy the sport, and have fun. Stop making it a toxic environment, let them play and be kids. A parent on the team would never do that, I would hope. The coach/ trainer is a different story,

This is nuts. Lots of town teams start breaking up around U14 - some kids stop playing, some kids (or parents) think they are going pro, some kids focus on other sports. I don’t get why people are commenting on the internet about some 13 year old boys wanting to move to another team. My son is also a 2009, and there’s a good chance his team will also break up this fall (I just hope people don’t behave like this if that does happen).

They are going to apply to play in USYS NL. However, since they are a brand new team, they may or may not get accepted. If they don't get accepted then they would most likely play in EDP level 3. It seems kind of strange that a club can create a brand new team that primarily consists of EDP L4/L5/L6 players and then potentially leap frog into NL while an existing team even with a whole new set of players would need to win and get promoted multiple seasons to end up in NL.
