When you realize MatchFit and PDA are no more than organizations that allow the very wealthy to hide money under the cloak of not for profit.

Also if you hear about players trying out elsewhere, parents getting very tight lipped/ secretive something is probably a foot. On many teams all it takes is a few top players and things can unravel fast. Once they leave other families start to worry it will fall apart (or that they're missing out on something also) and they leave, starting a spiral down

As I said in another post, soccer is a team sport but individual development varies within the team. The bottom 5 players can love the sport as much as the top 5 players but because of the difference in development all these players have a different experience. Its natural as these young players get older that the differences in their athleticism, speed, quickness and physical play becomes the deciding factors of player movement. That’s why players move in the years between middle school to high school.

When the head coach’s coaching history is a mystery. When he screams at teenage girls but can’t look an adult in the eye.
