Video shows Louisville police were disturbing the evidence following the Breonna Taylor killing and turned off their body cameras. The police claimed they didn't have body cameras. The one of a dozen witnesses who said he heard police identity themselves has recanted his statement. The city DA offered her ex boyfriend a reduced sentence if he would state she was dealing. He refused.
Evidence about the black man killed in Rochester was kept by the police and they didn't inform the mayor.
The rare incidents like those set the suspicious tone for anything else because cops and politicians lie/protect each other. Families looking for answers shouldn't have to fight so hard to get them.
Also, could we just do a better job hiring better cops? Cities go cheap in salaries then end up paying out millions in settlements.

Trump will pardon him of some overzealous DA happens to get a sympathetic jury. I can only hope my kids show the kind of resolve, initiative and character of Kyle.

Originally posted by Unregistered View PostYeah, I'm sure Kyle was very purposeful in who he killed and why. There goes the self-defense argument. Let's speak a little truth. Kyle was and is a pathetic loser, holed up in his room playing video games and listening the the far right, getting himself in the front row at a Trump rally, 17 years old and drives to another state "seeking justice" as some kind of deputized punk vigilante, grabbing waters and getting thanked by the police. Now imagine a 17 year old black kid toting around a military grade rifle shooting and killing people. And to top it off Kyle's mother gets a standing ovation at another Trump rally. You can destroy the country, but you can't take it back to 1950. Do you really have no clue and you just don't care? White male rage is 1000x more toxic than coronavirus. You are nothing but a pathetic coward.
Have you completely missed the weapons Chicago gang bangers parade on social media before murdering rivals? Not one bit of outrage in the corporate media or from political leaders. One of the reasons it’s called ChIraq is the military grade weapons you’ll find.

Walking away to get in your car with in your kids in it? Would those cops had shot 7 times with their own kids in the car?
When you treat and view people as faceless and as 'other' with no families and no parents and no kids then it's easy to kill someone and even high-five about it. Looking at you, Colby Covington, you POS.
Meanwhile, we have a President who is literally tearing apart the country and destroying it while refusing to say he'll adhere to election results, and his supporters including on here do not care at all. And don't get me started on the putrid hypocrisy of the Republican senate.
In 2019, 999 ended up in shooting fatalities by police.
14 of those were unarmed Black individuals.
1 of those wasn’t actively evading or resisting police at the time of the shooting.
