The problems this country has faced in terms of subsidies, medicare, education, infrastructure and social security are all problems that both parties have continually kicked down the road instead of addressing. And as far as the economy in 2019, all predictions for the past year have been that you should expect a slowing. Europe's economy is a mess and China's economy has been slowing.

SALT reform removes a significant deduction and raises taxes on people who own more property and earn more money. The more money and property you have the more taxes you’d pay if you couldn’t deduct the local taxes on your federal return, thus satisfying the liberal narrative.

Republicans passed a reform that raises taxes on the rich.

And the first thing Blue State Democrats do is whine like stuck pigs until their Blue State Democrat governors file a lawsuit that would give those tax breaks back to the rich.
