Like I said, always be skeptical of anything reported by the liberal media ESPECIALLY when it comes to NBC, MSNBC, CNN and the Washington Post. (And note I didn't include the New York Time. So here's the actual truth on cyber security czar. It isn't Trump, it's Bolton who MAY eliminate the position. According to Politico the chances of doing so are only 60-40 at this point. As we all know Bolton is a real lover of the Russians (eyeroll) so you can be sure he's doing this to help out the Russians and probably the Chinese, Iranians and North Koreans too and NOT that he's determined to restructure the department of National Security.

One should not consider the fact that Bolton has asked for the resignation of Homeland Security Advisor Tom Bossert in April because he is considering a merger of the NSC with the Homeland Security Council. Bolton has also requested and obtained the resignations of multiple National Security Council employees including NSC spokesman Michael Anton (April 8), deputy national security adviser Nadia Schadlow (April 10), and deputy national security adviser Ricky L. Waddell (April 12).

From Politico: John Bolton, Trump’s hawkish new national security adviser, is leading the push to abolish the role of special assistant to the president and cybersecurity coordinator, currently held by the departing Rob Joyce, according to one current and two former U.S. officials with direct knowledge of the discussions.

Bolton’s deputy, Mira Ricardel, supports the idea of eliminating the coordinator role, according to two of the sources. “She’s thinking about whether to simply pick up the [cyber] function on her own,” said one of the former U.S. officials.

While Bolton has advocated a more aggressive cyber strategy against U.S. adversaries than past administrations — for example, talking about a "retaliatory cyber campaign against Russia" — he has also told staff that he intends to reorganize the entire NSC. Those "changes could include combining higher-level director positions."

The feds are NOT prevented from enforcing federal law, are they?

States merely add some local laws to baseline federal law....then all laws federal and local are observed....but obviously federal law still enforceable if state law contradicts ....

So same with immigration. When local laws collide with federal the feds need to cope and deal with it. Instead they cry locals don’t do their work.
