Not the least bit concerned. If you do the crime, expect to do the time.

But expect a fight in the courtroom regarding how information has been obtained.

And if you think it's going to be easy, I suggest you consider the mess Mueller and company have created by going after Concord Management.

He/she is going to probably see at the very least a big fine and maybe a little time in jail, lose their job (presuming they work at a bank), and have the bank also fined. Then of course their will be the lawsuits against both the leaker and the bank for allowing private records to go public. For what? To give Avenatti another 15 minutes of fame?

And if Avenatti bribed this person to get the information, which I don't doubt of an ambulance chaser, he'll be losing his license to practice law. But hey, he can become a professional race car driver.
      "The bank" ???!

Con doesn't even understand the issue he's ranting about. Lol!

Con just posts links apparently without even reading them. Or he doesn't understand what he reads. Either is quite possible.

Silly Con apparently thinks that Mueller is only aware of this little tidbit of Cohen financial information because of a leak. Seriously? Again, Con doesn't even understand what he posts.

            Not surprising.

            Sorry, back to MS-13 now.
Once again, another big nothing burger. Just like all the rest.

But the lib response to MS 13 is going to cause some more damage for the Democrat blue ripple, I mean wave.

            2018 Generic Congressional Vote
            Democrats 44.2
            Republicans 40.2
            Democrats +4.0

At the beginning of the year Dems had a double digit lead. Reuters has been showing only a 1 point lead the past two surveys and CNN only a 3 point lead.

What's more a new Morning Consult/Politico poll on Wednesday showed "When asked if an endorsement from Nancy Pelosi would make you more or less likely to support a candidate, 49 percent of self-identified Hillary Clinton supporters said 'less.' " That ain't good for Nan's prospects as she plans on being Speaker again.

Either of two sources of the leak. A bank employee who issues the suspicious activity reports or a government employee who has access to the government data. Take your pick.

Speaking of Avenatti, what ever happened to the guy who “ threatened “ Stormy ? Wasn’t there a sketch trotted out and displayed by the MSM ? I mean that was “ breaking news “

It's the person with government access. Bloomberg reports it's a "law enforcement official". Nobody should be surprised considering all the government leaks of secured information coming out of DC thanks to Obama holdovers. But it's just as likely it could have been a bank employee. A former official with Chase Bank in California was convicted in 2011 of wrongfully disclosing a suspicious activity report of a customer suspected of committing mortgage fraud.

Like I said, just a nothing burger.

From the NYT's : It is unclear whether such a proposal was executed, and the details of who commissioned it remain in dispute.

The libs are getting desperate as Trump's poll numbers go up, Dem numbers go down and Horowitz report due any day.
