And I'm sure some defense attorney would be salvivavavivating over the cross examination.

Would be really hard to convict someone from 40 years ago strictly on testimony.

But, no matter. He's crossed the 3 limit I just set.

Castration, or straight to the burn pile? What say ye'?

It's not sarcasm. I think we have to get this all over and done with as soon as possible so we can get back to governing.

And a public defender with no experience would easily win that case, but as you say there isn't a trial. The Franken cases is open and shut. Thanks to the picture.

        But keep arguing otherwise!

Many many cases have been won based on just credible testimony alone. No forensic evidence.

These women are all very credible. All 8 of them. And then there’s the additional circumstantial evidence available from coworkers, mall workers, and many others about him stalking the mall for young stuff. Public defender with no experience beats this? No way. And you’re completely unserious to say otherwise.

Hoo boy...don't go talking bad about the Clintons!

One of the Clinton family’s most aggressive defenders lashed out overnight at a Democratic senator who said Bill Clinton should have resigned the presidency over his affair with Monica Lewinsky.

“Ken Starr spent $70 million on a consensual b1owjob. Senate voted to keep POTUS WJC. But not enough for you @SenGillibrand? Over 20 yrs you took the Clintons’ endorsements, money, and seat. Hypocrite,” former Hillary Clinton adviser Philippe Reines tweeted late Thursday, at Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y.

The graphic jab came after Gillibrand leveled some of the highest-level criticism yet at former President Clinton.

“Yes, I think that is the appropriate response,” Gillibrand told the New York Times, when asked if Clinton should have left the White House amid the Monica scandal.

Still defending him from 14 accusers ?

                Shame
It all began when Dems elected Clinton. They opened the door to all that has come since including Trump. You guys made the bed and now you whine about having to sleep in it.

                Character matters.

Wait a second. Is the left arguing that the Lewinsky incident was truly consensual? The most powerful man in the world, who could dictate to and destroy a young woman's future, cannot realistically think that she actually offered consent here? Wow. The left's ability to defend Clinton is bottomless. Talk about no shame.

Why should he? He was referring to gold diggers, groupies and hanger ons.

You didnnotice that’s been established during the Moore kabuki?
                          Where's the proof?

                          Really, where's the proof?

In the case of Franken there is photographic proof to back up the claim. Nothing on Moore though.

His signature may have been forged. It looks identical to the stamp his secretary would have used in his office. The claim that he was banned from the mall is now being refuted by the former mall manager.

Victims and what they say really don't matter. That much we have precedence for.

Gennifer Flowers was "some failed cabaret singer who doesn't have much of a resume to fall back on."

Monica Lewinsky, who had an affair with her husband, a "narcissistic loony toon."

Willey, "well she looks good today ... she's not going to look good by Friday."

At least here in Massachusetts, when we elected Kennedy over and over, we knew he was a complete reprobate. No hiding that. We all knew. He murdered someone, was constantly in trouble with booze and women, That was our boy!
