I think we now understand why Trump was so insanely focused on having Comey give him a PUBLIC blanket clearance re: Russia. This deal would have been swiftly consummated were it not for the shade thrown by Yates, Comey and a few others on the Flynn/Manafort/Cohen/Sater/Kushner/Trump/Russia swamp.
