    Nice try TeeHeeMan.

Which Sign of Intellectual Dishonesty does this come under?

Here's the truth of the matter according to CNN.

"I am so happy and excited that our team is being honored at the White House today," Brady said in a statement provided by the team to CNN. "Our team has accomplished something very special that we are all proud of and will be for years to come. Thank you to the President for hosting this honorary celebration and for supporting our team for as long as I can remember. In light of some recent developments, I am unable to attend today's ceremony, as I am attending to some personal family matters. Hopefully, if we accomplish the goal of winning a championship in the future years, we will back on the South Lawn again soon. Have a great day!"

Brady did not provide further details as to why he was not attending. According to Bleacher Report, Brady's mother has been fighting cancer and was unable to attend any of her son's games during the 2016 season, though she was at the Super Bowl. The Boston Herald, citing sources close to the quarterback, reported that Brady is choosing to spend time Wednesday with her.

      Yawn

      Even CNN gets it.

Democrats needed a win. They didn't get one in Georgia.

And guess what, TeeHeeMan, Connecticut governor, Dan Malloy, says he's not running for reelection. Gee, I wonder why? Do you think the state will make the same mistake voting in another Democrat after what he's done to that state? Businesses can't get out of that state fast enough and one has to wonder how the residence of that state will pay the high taxes there when their jobs are no longer in state? Who is going to buy their homes if they decide to move?

            Signs of Intellectual Dishonesty

            1. Arrogance
"My resume’s bigger than yours" which is all the more reason why the debater ought to be able to cite specific errors or omissions in logic, and yet either can't or won't.

            2. Mockery.
Derision; ridicule or an absurd misrepresentation of the argument; no facts or logic.

            3. Argumentum ad hominem
Attacking the character or circumstances of an individual who is advancing a statement or an argument instead of trying to disprove the truth of the statement or the soundness of the argument. Often the argument is characterized simply as a personal attack, name calling and stereotyping.

            4. Argument from intimidation
It is used in the form of an ultimatum demanding that the opponent renounce a given idea, under threat of being considered morally unworthy

            5. Handwaving or “Your views have no merit”
Look for ‘arguments’ that dismiss other views out of hand.

            6. Never admitting error
These are the people who will never admit that they are wrong – ever – regardless of clear evidence.

            7. Avoiding/Ignoring the question
These people are easily recognised from their efforts to change the subject to an unrelated or remotely related topic.

            8. Employing double standards
The bar for the acceptance of evidence is set at a much higher level for the other party, while it is set far lower for his/her own evidence.

            9. Straw man
The debater attacks an argument that is easy to refute, but no one has made in the debate.

            10. Ignoring the principles of critical thinking.
Relying on one source of information because it supports that person’s views or opinions.

            11. Rejecting facts or logic as opinion
It is true that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but everyone is not entitled to their own facts or logic. Nor is anyone allowed to characterize a factual/logical argument as merely the opinion of the opponent.

            12. Theatrical fake laughter or sighs
            Self explanatory.

            13. Peer approval of subjective opinion
“Proving” correctness of a subjective statement by citing the approval of political allies in the same subject.

            14. Finding small errors
Citing a slight error or typo as evidence that everything the opponent says is false or that the opponent is incompetent.

Hoooolllyyyyy sshheeeeet. This reads like Tee Hee's resume!! LOL

Democrats begin to wonder: When do we win?

              http://www.politico.com/story/2017/0...-ossoff-237348

Ossoff’s moral victory — capturing 48 percent of the vote in a conservative-oriented district — was welcome, but after two successive close-but-no-cigar finishes in House special elections in Georgia and Kansas, a new worry is beginning to set in.

For all the anger, energy, and money swirling at the grass-roots level, Democrats didn’t manage to pick off the first two Republican-held congressional seats they contended for in the Trump era, and the prospects aren’t markedly better in the next few House races coming up: the Montana race at the end of May, and the South Carolina contest on June 20.

Their best shot at knocking Donald Trump down a peg appears to be Ossoff’s runoff against Republican Karen Handel, also scheduled for June 20. But the Democrat will be an underdog in that contest, when there won’t be a crowded field of Republicans to splinter the vote.

Of course he's spending day with mom. Just like he spent several days lying on a yacht. Easily could have made room today.

True, read his tweets from the last 15 years he surely has wood for Brady.

Good thing he didn't need to rely on any of them to get elected. Maybe the dems should give that a whirl.....

TeeHeeMan, you are a joke. Just a few months ago you were mocking Brady for his friendship with Trump.

Which Signs of Intellectual Dishonesty does that flip flop come under?

Why does this come as no surprise?

                          http://www.wcvb.com/article/democrat...litics/9280219

Findings from the Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit organization concluded that 24 percent of Democrats have deleted a person from their social media account for having opposing political views following the 2016 election, versus only 9 percent of Republicans.

The survey, which analyzed more than 1,000 people, also found that 28 percent of self-identified liberals versus 8 percent of conservatives have unfriended someone whom they disagree with politically.

Democratic women are the most likely of all groups to block a person on social media for having different opinions, and three out of 10 participants admit to doing so.

2014 statistics from the Pew Research Center discovered similar results.
